I Feel Like I’m Losing My Russian…

…and I don’t like it one bit!

I need to find Russian speakers so I can practice. I need to read more in Russian (I promised my professor I’d finish The Master and Margarita in Russia). And, most unpleasantly, I need to write more.* In general, I need to use Russian more!

*My writing in Russian is quite horrible.

  1. Я могла бы помочь вам с русским. Я живу в Санкт-Петербурге, учусь на филологическом факультете Санкт-Петербургского государственного факультета – изучаю немецкий и английский.

Так что если вам нужна практика, я с радостью откликнусь))

  2. Hi, Natalie!
I’d like to help you (I’m learning TESOL). I’m very open-minded and patient. I decided to learn English at university after realizing that I wouldn’t be able to listen to the same information related to Russian as at school (at least for the first 2 years out of 5) if I entered the Russian Department. So I’ll be an English and French teacher))). Maybe it’s not modest but I think I’m good at explanation (I have some experience of part-time teaching). So don’t hesitate to contact me via e-mail (yuliahamster@mail.ru) or facebook or Skype. I hope I’ll help you to improve your knowledge of Russian.
Don’t worry about The Master and Margarita because it’s not the most exciting book in Russian. I’d recommend something by Lermontov or Pushkin, you know.
Reading skills are directly connected with writing skills. The more you read, the more unknown words you come across the higher your literacy will be.
Sorry if it’s a too long message. I didn’t want to look very pushy)))
