I found a fabulous resource for those learning a foreign language, especially a less commonly taught language. This resource is a database at UCLA and is simply fabulous. You can search by individual language or by region. For example, on the Eastern Europe and Russia page, there are resources for Belarusian, Ukrainian, and Slovak, among others. Some of the resources are online in PDF format (I didn’t look at every link, of course, but a cursory glance seems to imply this is true).
I also found a great resource for Russian speakers: if you like current events, NewsTube.ru has some great videos of newscasts. These are good to listen to because TV presenters often speak clearly (but quickly) and have a very neutral accent.
